What to include
- Your shop name and the WhatsApp number or email you log in with.
- For a payment: the Razorpay payment ID from your payment message.
- For a customer’s information: the customer’s phone number and what you want changed or deleted.
Payments and refunds
Founding Shop payments can be refunded in full within 7 days. See the refund policy (/refunds) and the shipping and delivery policy (/shipping).
Grievances
Complaints about privacy or the service: write to devsidharr@gmail.com. We acknowledge them within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
