RegularhoodShipping and delivery policy
Regularhood is a software service used in a web browser. We don’t sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How the Founding Shop plan is delivered
- The plan switches on in your shop account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. The Plan page then shows your Founding Shop number.
- A lifetime plan has no end date. A yearly plan runs for one year from the day you pay (or from the end of your current year, if you renew early).
- There is nothing to download or install: you keep using Regularhood at regularhood.in on the same phone or computer.
If the plan doesn’t switch on
If money left your account but the Plan page still shows the Free plan after 30 minutes, write to devsidharr@gmail.com with your shop name and the payment ID from Razorpay’s message. We switch the plan on, or refund the payment in full, within 2 working days.
Posters and QR codes
Posters and QR codes for your counter are files you download and print yourself. We don’t print or post them.
